Interview started with my introduction and I said about my football passion then we started discussing about football and what is offside and such , then he asked me if I'm made the coach then how would you deal with a player if he is underperforming and such , i told I would sub him every game during the last 10-20 minutes if he performs consistently then he would be added to more playing time. Then we shifted to my internship based questions about AWS and python, after that he asked about recursion and told me to write a code so I wrote factorial code using recursion which I coded and showed him , then he asked me about how would you determine the number of seats in an aeroplane I started saying about the no. Number of engines and such and the dimensions of the plane but he said imagine if you're inside the plane with a bare floor then determine, I said I will create a grid and taking the avg dimensions of the seat i would match it to the grid in xy plane which would fetch me the number of seats required in the plane.

He asked about my family what they are doing what did you learn from the pre placement talk and where do see yourself in 5 years and why do you want to join hsbc
