Project manager
August 3, 2025Started with asking me to show something I recently built. I sent him a demo video of my project that I recently built. Next he asked me to explain some random topics he'll mention. HTML, API, Public vs Private API, How Google map shows real-time crowd at any location. Next round he showed me a product demo and asked me to critique it on the basis of working and not UI or frontend. Next he asked me to walk him through how I would go about building any AI projects, from Data cleaning to deployment.
Detailed Experience & Tips
This was my first ever interview with a project manager, I expected a lot more in depth technical questions but it was more about quick thinking. The interview was 50 mins long but the interviewer was very nice throughout, very polite and knowledgeable. I might have fumbled a few questions but he didn't grill me on it.
