As an Associate Software Engineer at Reltio, I worked at the intersection of data engineering and machine learning, transforming raw, complex data into structured, actionable insights. I architected end-to-end pipelines, contributed to AI-powered chatbot systems, and solved real-world problems that scale. My toolkit spans Python, data engineering, ML, and NLP — and I'm constantly expanding it. Before stepping into my full-time role, I spent a year as a Data Engineer & ML Intern at Reltio, where I built the foundation that earned me a promotion and a deeper conviction: that clean data and smart systems can change how businesses think. Beyond engineering, I'm a published researcher. Writing research papers has sharpened how I approach problems — with rigour, curiosity, and a drive to contribute something meaningful to the field. I believe the best engineers aren't just technically strong — they're endlessly curious. Outside of work, you'll find me exploring and picking up artistic things and traveling to places that carry history and soul. Reltio
Spearheaded ingestion of data for a document portal and knowledge base with seamless integration with the chatbot using Zendesk and Heretto APIs, respectively. Developed and implemented strategies for reformulation of user queries for improved chatbot understanding and responsiveness. Monitored system performance post-deployment, identifying and addressing any issues to maintain high service levels. Developed a KNN-based intent classification model, achieving high accuracy with dynamic hyperparameter tuning and ML-Flow tracking for real-time query classification. Pioneered the adoption of machine learning models to predict trends and patterns within datasets.
Reltio
Developed data pipelines to transform raw data into Silver data, adhering to Reltio MDM standards. Conducted rigorous testing of data pipelines and chatbot functionalities to ensure high performance and accuracy. Developed and integrated sentiment analysis models to ensure chatbot capabilities to understand user queries and feedback. Implemented machine learning models on Google Cloud to test cross-cloud compatibility.

Created a social media website that is completely functional using HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and Bootstrap, which endorses full-stack development features. Developed a user-friendly interface that adjusted according to the user’s engagement level, established solid backend APIs for data management, and linked the front end with the back end for dynamic implementation.

A Voting Management System was developed based on Blockchain technology to ensure secure, transparent, and efficient voting. Blockchain is decentralised and tamper-proof, making it impossible to cheat or carry out fraudulent activities.

Incorporated CSS animations and transformations on a travel website using HTML, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. The interface was appealing and responsive and was compatible with different devices. The objective of the project was to create a unique and dynamic experience for the users using effective design and methods.
